Any government or private company will and shall be limited to the following restrictions on digital photography and pixilation on their legal property rights and or grounds.
- Camera view distance cannot be more than 15 feet past your meets and bounds property rights no further.
- Any recording that grabs a non participant or visitor in your camera will be purged no later than 30 days from the time of recording if such recordings are retained
- Any query not issued by a competent court of jurisdiction that disclosures any party to anyone but the property systems required for reasonable security that does not disclose such to the participants information being released would be a violation of this act subject to
- $10,000 punitive and immediate payment to every person whos information was the subject of release and not additional disclosed and not be a warrant of competent court of jurisdiction. Vis vis Court no other.
- Timely notice to visitors and non participants is 30 days upon any requestors request for access to these non or participant or visitor records i.e digital images, photography, pixilation any technology that images the non participant or visitor to your premise where you hold property rights.
